Bulgur with vermicelli TM "OLIMP" - 2 glasses
Butter - 3 tb. sp.
Vegetable oil - 2 tb. sp.
Curry - ½ tsp.
Broth or water - 4 glasses


In a saucepan or a large frying pan with a thick bottom heat the vegetable oil, add the butter and bulgur with vermicelli. Fry, stirring for about 1 minute, until the vermicelli change the color. Add curry and salt, than mix. Pour hot broth or water, bring to a boil and reduce the heat. Cook for 10-15 minutes. Serve as an independent dish, with a salad or sour cream, or as a side dish to chicken or cutlets. Bon Appetit!
