Cooking:
In a large saucepan, bring a large amount of water to boil. Cut the cabbage stalk. Put the cabbage in water and cook for 5 minutes until the leaves become pliable and will be easily removed from the cabbage. Remove half of the leaves and continue to boil the cabbage for a couple of minutes, if necessary. Bacon and onion cut into cubes. Carrots should be rubbed on a medium grater. Peel the garlic. Fry the bacon, onion and carrots until cooked. Add chopped garlic and immediately remove from heat. Stir. In a large bowl, combine the forcemeat, bulgur, finely chopped greens and ⅔ of roasted vegetables with bacon. Add salt and pepper. Stir well. In a frying pan with the vegetables that are left, add the tomato sauce and sour cream. Pour in 200 ml of water. From cabbage leaves, with a sharp knife, cut thick veins. On one edge of the cabbage leaf, put 70-80 grams of forcemeat with bulgur and roll it in an envelope. Fry the cabbage rolls from two sides in a frying pan. Take a large deep pan or a pan with thick walls, cover the bottom with the remaining cabbage leaves. Lay cabbage leaves with a free edge down, pour sauce over, cover and extinguish 40-50 minutes, pouring sauce from time to time. Bon Appetit!
