Ingredients:
Bulgur for pilaf of classic ТМ «OLIMP» - 2 glasses
Onion - 1 pcs.
Carrot - 1 pcs.
Frozen green peas - ⅔ glass
Champignons - 200 g
Curry - 1 tb. sp.
Chicken bouillon - 4 glasses
Vegetable oil
Salt
Cooking:
Onions and carrots cut into cubes. Peas fill with boiling water and leave for 5 minutes. Cut the mushrooms into 4 parts. Separately fry mushrooms and carrots with onion and curry. Fold in a pan vegetables, mushrooms, bulgur, salt, pour hot broth or water. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat. Cook for 10-15 minutes until all the liquid has absorbed. Bon Appetit!
