Ingredients:
Small bulgur ТМ «OLIMP» - 1 gappy glass
Eggs - 2 pcs
Milk - 1 glass
Vegetable oil - 3 tb. sp.
Wholemeal flour - 1½ glass
Baking powder - 3 tsp.
Salt - 1 tsp.
Leaves of thyme - 2 tb.sp.
Cooking:
In a saucepan, bring to a boil 2 cups of water, pour bulgur and cook for 12 minutes. Cool down. Eggs lightly whisk with whisk, pour milk and vegetable oil, mix. Heat up the oven to 180 degrees. Cooled bulgur add to the egg-milk mixture, then mix. Add thyme leaves. In a separate bowl, sift the flour, mix with salt and baking powder. Combine the liquid mixture with flour. Stir. Lubricate the forms with vegetable oil or cover with paper molds. Fill each with ¾ volume. Bake for 30-35 minutes. Cool before serving. Bon Appetit!
