Cooking time: only 25 min
Ingredients:
Small bulgur TM "OLIMP" - ½ glass
Tomatoes - 2 pcs.
Bell pepper - 1 pcs.
Parsley - large bunch
Lemon juice - 1 pcs.
Dried basil - ½ tsp.
Dried mint - ½ tsp.
Olive oil - 2 tb. sp.
Salt
Cooking:
Bulgur fills with 1 cup boiled water, stir, cover and leave for 10-15 minutes. Finely chop onion, tomatoes, peppers and parsley. Add basil and mint. Stir vegetables, bulgur and salt, add lemon juice and olive oil. Bon Appetit!
