Cooking:
Bulgur pour 500 ml of boiling water and leave for 15 minutes, so that the water is completely absorbed. Bacon, onion and carrots cut into cubes. Fry the bacon first in a dry frying pan until the fat melt. Then add vegetable oil, carrots and onion. When vegetables start to change color, add spices, garlic and cut into cubes tomato.
